Pear shaped sapphire ring surrounded by diamonds.  Pear shape is 5x8 mm and there are 12 round diamonds approx 2 mm each  surrounding it.  It's set in 10K yellow gold, weighs 3.54 grams.   Ring is size 5.5 and it has a flexible ring size inside the band.  If you would prefer this be removed, please let us know and we will be happy to do so.  It's clearly been worn, but the sizing guard will still work for swollen knuckles.  Estate pieces are sold as is.  Please call with any questions.
